Sekahnu

One of two golden sphinxes that guard the descent deeper into the Sunken Pyramid. Sekahnu has amber eyes and is known to always speak the truth — though like all creatures of its kind, it delights in wordplay and carefully chosen truths that lead the unwary astray.

Sekahnu and its twin Vetherek are the final descendants of their line, standing sentinel over the pyramid's ancient secrets. The party encountered them during their descent into the depths and negotiated passage by correctly identifying Vetherek as the liar in the pair.
