Shinebright Wand

A transmutation wand belonging to Finothere Shinebright, capable of true polymorph and lesser transmutation effects. Finothere used it to maintain his work for centuries; his apprentice Noke stole it and used it to transform his master into a sheep, animate furniture into chair-crabs, and conjure the bed-dragon construct.

By the time the party recovered the wand, it was cracked, sparking, and held together with tape. Kouzlo expended its final charge to restore Finothere from sheep to elf — the wand flared once, exploded in his hand, and was spent.
