A jagged cavern in the mountains where cultists performed rituals around a lava-fed red crystal. The party mapped cult activity across the Wildermarch using a starry cloak and the Amulet of Whispering Stars, following the pattern to this location.

After a dangerous bridge crossing and battle with cultists and Intellect Devourers, the crystal's destruction triggered a shared vision: a vast psionic empire beneath the waves that acknowledged the party—and promised it was coming.
