The Wizard's Tower
A leaning wizard's tower crowned over a great lake, guarded by elemental forces. Grit was drawn to it, muttering words about releasing elements and drawing maps in the sand at the lake shore — though he doesn't understand why.
What is known:
- The tower door has no handle or lock and responds to spoken words, but only fully opens when Grit touches it
- The entrance hall contains four hollow pillars that act as wind vacuums, a central orb, and barriers of swirling sand blocking two doors and a staircase
- Touching the orb summons Wind Guardians and a Wind Elemental; destroying the pillars clears the orb and barriers
- Left door: a study with notebooks, spell scrolls, and a diagram of circles (a map to the second floor)
- Right door: a workshop once used to create the Wind Guardians, with a central device and stored armor and spears
- Second floor: four doors marked with elements, another central orb, and stairs blocked by another barrier
The tower appears to be themed around the four elements, with each floor likely guarded by a different elemental force.
