Roland "Rolly" Poland

A bugkin from the underground colony beneath the Wildermarch. Roland was discovered in the tunnel network beneath the Moon Corn fields and returned to N.O.D.E. camp with the party. His great-great-grandfather helped dig the original colony tunnels - a fact he mentions with pride while gesturing at walls of dirt indistinguishable from any other.

Roland led the party back down into the tunnels to help defend his people against wild Ankegs and assassin bugs threatening the colony. He narrated cheerfully as they descended, introduced them to the underground settlement, and connected them with Buck Carapis to get past the guarded eastern tunnel entrance. Roland understands the stakes: if the colony falls, the wild bugs pour upward toward the surface.
