Lizardfolk in the Swamp

A letter recovered from the corrupted cave mentioned cult reinforcements being delayed by lizardfolk attacks:

"We were attacked in the swamp by the lizard men again."

The party found the lizardfolk in the Pink Swamps (Session 18). The cult had raided their village, slaughtering inhabitants and taking survivors prisoner to mine crystals from a fallen star beneath the swamp. The party destroyed the cult operation, freed the prisoners, and brought the survivors — led by Kessara — back to N.O.D.E. camp. The lizardfolk are confirmed allies.
