What We've Learned

Quick (given name Thalen) was among the first to investigate the corrupted water near the Great Tree and helped discover the entrance to the tree's roots.

After a harrowing encounter with magical Darkness at the Great Tree, Quick approached Shadow with a vulnerable truth: he feared losing his bearings, his place in the world. Shadow agreed to train him to navigate the darkness, helping Quick awaken as a Gloomstalker.

Quick maps obsessively and carries a cartographer's case. He helped align the stars on his starry cloak with the cult's activity pattern, revealing the locations of their sites across the region. He now wears a lock of Autumn Laurel's golden hair threaded into his bowstring, a gift from the Fey Eladrin.
